About the position

As an Associate Data Analyst at VCI Construction, you will be responsible for performing audits on data and resolving data quality issues. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, technical skills, and effective communication to collaborate with business owners and IT professionals. You will analyze operational, business, and financial data to identify patterns and support decision-making across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits on data and resolve data quality issues.
• Analyze and mine operational, business, and financial data to identify patterns and correlations among various data sources.
• Design and create data output to help partners across the enterprise in their decision making.
• Develop awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization, department, and/or customer.
• Develop useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources.
• Communicate with business stakeholders in a way that is clear and actionable.

Requirements

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• 0 - 3+ years' related experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Use office management tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to identify and present data issues and opportunities.
• Basic understanding of SQL code.
• Capable of working cooperatively with internal customers, as well as being an enthusiastic team player.
• Ability to accept priorities when required.
