About The Position
Shields Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join the Financial Analytics team, reporting to the Lead Data Analyst. This entry-level position involves managing weekly and monthly reporting updates, contributing to the development and maintenance of reporting using Tableau, Excel, and the enterprise data warehouse to support the organization's performance. Along with this, the Associate Data Analyst will collaborate across departments to perform analyses along with ad hoc reporting to identify valuable insights for the organization. They will have opportunities to proactively recommend reporting, process, and infrastructure improvements. They will automate business and reporting processes and partner with internal teams to improve workflow. This role offers visibility across the corporate team and interaction with key business leaders to support essential business processes.
