About the position

The Associate Data Center Analyst at Ensono is a critical role within the Data Center Operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various mainframe environments, including MVS, ZOS, VM, and VSE. This position involves system monitoring, production batch monitoring, and workload throughput management, as well as handling batch and system task abend recovery for both internal and external clients. The role requires working in a 12-hour shift pattern, specifically a 'quad' schedule that consists of three days on followed by three days off, and then four days on followed by four days off. This shift rotation includes both night and day shifts, with a 16-week rotation from the front half to the back half of the week. Additionally, the position requires working on weekends and holidays as per the shift schedule, which is essential for maintaining operational continuity.
