We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality dental services. The role involves performing comprehensive dental examinations, providing a variety of treatments, and collaborating with a team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
  • Provide a range of dental treatments, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
  • Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols in all procedures.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  • Work effectively with pediatric and geriatric patients, providing compassionate care tailored to their needs.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry.
  • Experience or familiarity with medical imaging techniques is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in clinical practice.
  • Prior experience in a dental office setting is advantageous but optional.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
