About The Position

As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in this mission, working in a supportive and compassionate environment that values teamwork and patient care. Our practice is designed to cater primarily to children, with 70% of our patient base being aged 3-21, while also serving adults. You will be responsible for delivering dental services with the assistance of a dedicated team, including hygienists and dental assistants, ensuring that each patient receives the best care possible. In your role, you will engage in various activities that promote a positive image of the company, such as participating in morning huddles, planning your day, and recognizing team members for their contributions. Our office is equipped with modern technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces, which will aid you in providing high-quality dental care. You will have the opportunity to manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, with a diverse payor mix that includes state insurance plans and PPOs.
