About the position

The Associate, Client Service role at BNY involves working closely with external clients to address and resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues. This position is designed for individuals who are looking to grow within a leading global financial services company, providing high-quality service and support to a specialized client base while contributing to the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve day-to-day issues for external clients and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
  • Address and resolve complex operational and technical issues for clients.
  • Apply problem-solving skills based on precedence and experience.
  • Deliver high-quality service using effective communication skills.
  • Provide clients with information related to BNY products and services.
  • Monitor client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues as needed.
  • Track information related to general client issues to support business development efforts.
  • Participate in internal activities aimed at improving the client experience.
  • Support a selected number of client accounts of limited complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
