About the position

The Associate Digital Director is a hybrid role that combines people management and strategic oversight within a renowned advertising agency. This position is responsible for leading the digital advertising team, developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients' goals, and ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of industry trends and technologies. The role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and digital marketing expert to significantly impact the agency and its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies for clients, including PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Oversee and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital strategies to meet and exceed their goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our agency remains at the cutting edge of digital marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead client presentations and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise and delivering results.
  • Drive innovation and creative thinking to develop unique and effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of client ROI.

Requirements

  • Preferred MBA and/or EMBA but not a requirement.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience on paid PPC platforms.
  • Preferred 2+ years of people manager experience.
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords).
  • Preferred: Certified in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM/SEO and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics.
  • Experience in tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce or comparable tool.
  • Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth / optimization opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
