About the position

The Associate Digital Manager (ADM) will execute the digital marketing engagement strategy for Pepticate and Fortini, two rapidly growing brands at Nutricia. This role involves measuring the effectiveness of digital activities to optimize performance and collaborating closely with the Category Director and brand managers to prioritize digital marketing channels. The ADM will implement digital engagement tactics across various channels, including social media, email, and search, while continuously building digital capabilities in alignment with DanoneNutricia's broader strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing the digital strategy for Pepticate and Fortini across all active channels.
  • Support digital execution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with media agency and internal teams to implement integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on executing and measuring the impact of key digital campaigns across various channels.
  • Optimize search strategy and SEO initiatives, and monitor competitors.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Maintain social media calendar for brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Set up, deploy, and monitor performance of brand email communications.
  • Partner with IT to manage project technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with digital colleagues to execute strategies and tools for brand benefit.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and managing social media campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud strongly preferred.
  • Experience with product listings, data feeds, and web analytics strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of social media calendar and monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of social listening tools, SEO, and SEM is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze marketplace data and sales analytics for forecasting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking skills to enhance target market engagement.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
