About the position

The Associate Digital Marketing Analyst will play a key role in shaping and implementing digital advertising strategies for clients. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and analyze ad buying campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and drive growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, passionate about digital advertising, and has experience in managing various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital ad buying strategies based on client objectives and target audiences across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and premium programmatic/display, ensuring they meet performance and ROI goals.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Write copy for paid ads, including text overlay, captions, and headlines.
  • Assist the design team with content outlines and building creative for campaigns that require static and animated/video content.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to communicate campaign progress, KPIs, and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and advertising best practices to refine campaign strategies.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of ad spending.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital buying strategy and execution, including writing campaign outlines, identifying budgets, and creating/tracking landing page UTMs.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and optimize campaigns based on platform-specific insights and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and campaign performance reporting.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, Sprout Social) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience creating or working with designers and video editors to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives that align with brand guidelines.
