About the position

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager at BlackLine is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the company's global content syndication program. This role involves collaboration with various marketing teams and oversight of vendor relationships, with a focus on analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategies aimed at engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, test, and measure content syndication campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize content syndication campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day performance of regional campaigns through a centralized platform, Integrate
  • Manage and forecast lead volume for sponsored content, ensuring expectations and fulfillment of the contract
  • Negotiate, maintain, communicate, and execute vendor contracts
  • Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of external vendors to ensure alignment with marketing goals and strategies
  • Analyze and create audience segments in line with campaign needs, matching buying stages to the target audience and content
  • Rapidly iterate on strategy based on data-driven findings
  • Compile and analyze performance metrics to assess and inform ongoing content syndication strategy
  • Collaborate closely with regional and strategic teams to ensure content syndication supports larger integrated marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS/Tech environment
  • Extensive knowledge of building and managing content syndication programs
  • Proven experience managing relationships with content creators and third-party agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to track and centralize campaign performance across multiple regions and audience segments
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting tools, such as Salesforce and Tableau
  • Ability to derive trends and insights from data analysis
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across functions, and maintaining focus on objectives
  • Proactively resolves or escalates issues to ensure campaign delivery goals are met
  • Collaborative team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
