About the position

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager at Workwear Outfitters will focus on driving consumer awareness and engagement for the B2B workwear business. This role involves utilizing best practices in digital marketing to analyze, implement, and optimize strategies across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing plans that enhance customer experiences and drive results, while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital acquisition strategy to drive quality new-customer traffic across paid media digital channels.
  • Assist in retention strategy focused on segmenting, growing, and retaining customers through email, SMS, and support database growth.
  • Support SEO strategy to build authority, trust, and credibility in partnership with a digital agency.
  • Assist in digital campaign strategy to increase ROI by testing and optimizing campaign messaging and creativity.
  • Activate an annual strategic digital marketing plan, setting KPIs and goals in collaboration with the digital agency.
  • Analyze plan performance, identify trends, and implement improvements based on data.
  • Share performance reports with leadership and peers, working closely with the eCommerce Analyst.
  • Monitor category and competition quarterly to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Research and recommend future digital marketing shifts based on audience insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience.
  • Experience executing and optimizing a digital marketing plan that drives tangible results.
  • Experience running digital campaigns through all phases of the funnel.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Creative yet data-driven and analytical mindset with fluency in plan optimization.
  • Knowledge of website, email, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to understand strategic thinking and implement strong tactical executions.
  • Experience working with a larger team and driving thought leadership.
