About the position

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager is a key role within the Digital & Marketing department, responsible for managing acquisition channels such as Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Social. This position is suited for a data-driven individual who excels in managing multiple programs and delivering actionable insights to drive growth in customer recruitment, brand awareness, web traffic, and revenue. The role requires a strong background in Paid Digital Marketing, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize media strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and distributing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage monthly digital media spend and optimize based on business objectives.
  • Plan and schedule paid campaign flight dates to align with the digital marketing calendar.
  • Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Review performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track and analyze ongoing digital trends to ensure strategies are competitive.
  • Evaluate channel performance, revenue, and ROAS, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Pull and synthesize reports that contribute to growth and inform decision-making.
  • Utilize tools to create and present reporting for leadership.
  • Benchmark channel performance against industry standards to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with the Manager of Digital Marketing to manage the creative process across acquisition channels.
  • Lead the creative brief process for digital acquisition channels.
  • Align the creative brief schedule with the promotion calendar.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets to external agencies and vendors.
  • Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide insights on performance and promotional analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze promotional performance using Google Analytics and agency platforms.
  • Investigate and diagnose performance trends, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Implement and improve reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and publishers to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
  • Communicate growth opportunities and optimizations to external partners.
  • Advise agencies on product launches and key campaigns.
  • Oversee customer match files for audience segmentation and cost efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in Digital Acquisition or Marketing Analyst Role, preferably in Beauty or Premium brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Proficient in digital marketing analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical capabilities focused on customer segmentation and performance optimization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 for the NYC region.
