About the position

The Associate, Digital Marketing role at BlackRock involves managing marketing campaigns aimed at driving commercial outcomes for the Alternatives business within the US Wealth Advisory sector. The position requires collaboration with various teams to develop effective marketing strategies that engage financial advisors and enhance the visibility of BlackRock's products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create campaign strategy and manage end-to-end execution of campaigns to commercialize BlackRock's Alternatives platform.
• Align with product marketing, sales and strategy teams on go-to-market narratives.
• Optimize the BLK.com experience to maximize visitors, engagement and conversion to sales leads.
• Manage paid and owned marketing channels, including paid & organic search, email, social, and banners.
• Develop reporting to track and communicate campaign performance and distribute to key stakeholders.
• Participate in high-performance team culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, innovation, testing and learning, and quantifiable impact.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Data-driven marketers with background in B2B or B2C campaign planning and execution
• Analytical skills to regularly test & learn, interpret campaign data and metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively with non-marketing stakeholders and partner on projects
• Writing and editing abilities for web, banner and email copy
• Interest or affinity with financial services / asset management industry
• Experience working with marketing automation and analytics platforms like Eloqua, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar
