In this role, you will collaborate with high-performing teams across engineering, design, and product management to create engaging customer experiences. You will lead the Agile product development process, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, SAFe, and Kanban. Your responsibilities will include writing user stories, defining support documents, and prioritizing features in the product backlog. You will also engage with cross-functional partners, including marketing, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure that the products meet business needs and regulatory requirements. As a passionate advocate for the customer, you will leverage customer research and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance the overall customer experience.
