Associate Digital Product Manager

About the position

As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to guide products or services that address customer needs and market opportunities. This role involves collaborating with various teams to define and prioritize features for the product roadmap, ensuring that the product development process is aligned with user needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product designers, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to design and develop product capabilities.
• Define and prioritize features for the product roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Break down complex problems into manageable pieces to drive product development.
• Measure and optimize key performance indicators to evaluate the success of initiatives.
• Research and synthesize capabilities to identify intersections between megatrends and customer problems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital vision and strategy, as well as product and marketing lifecycle management.
• Background in digital platforms (web, mobile, email, SMS/text) and/or user experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven process of data validation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
• Deep experience in project management and delivery, with experience developing and implementing new processes within large teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Workfront or other digital project management platforms.
