About the position

As an Associate Director of Account Engagement Marketing - Digital, you will play a pivotal role in the Rare Blood Disorders Team, contributing to the acceleration of drug discovery and development. In this role, you will support the development and deployment of a comprehensive digital engagement strategy. This involves generating deep customer insights to identify points of friction and unmet needs throughout the customer experience journey. You will monitor performance measurement systems and continuously review customer intelligence and feedback to enhance the customer experience both in real-time and for the long term. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure that brand strategy and customer engagement strategies are effectively aligned with the future vision of the company. Your responsibilities will include executing and managing tailored omnichannel engagement strategies and hyper-personalized content plans that align with customer journeys and stakeholder networks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel leads to align strategies and manage engagement activities. Additionally, you will support the deployment of modular content and B2B offerings, develop content calendars aligned with key events, and manage budgets and performance metrics. Driving innovation in customer engagement across digital channels will also be a significant part of your role, as you work with the digital lead to execute on brand and customer engagement strategies, design the architecture, build content for HCP-facing websites, and manage other digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and deployment of the digital engagement strategy by generating deep customer insights to identify points of friction and unmet needs across the customer experience journey.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel leads to align strategies and manage engagement activities.
  • Support the deployment of modular content and B2B offerings, develop content calendars aligned with key events, and manage budgets and performance metrics.
  • Drive innovation in customer engagement specifically across digital channels.
  • Pull through and execute on brand and customer engagement strategy, design the architecture, build content for, and manage HCP-facing websites, as well as other digital channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Successful track record of strategic decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent.
  • Experience working within large scale and complex multidisciplinary teams, and proven ability of influencing without authority.
  • Insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles.
  • Sales or Sales leadership experiences welcomed.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account strategy.
  • Ability to travel ~33% within the US.
  • Degree in marketing, business, technology, or life sciences.
