About the position

The Associate Director, Alt Site Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for non-acute, alternate site care settings across various business units in the US Region. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives and customer needs, focusing on enterprise account activation and cross-business unit strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as USR Marketing leader for Alt Site segments and customers, collaborating with SCG & BU Marketing Leadership.
  • Create multi-business unit strategy resulting in clear value offer and commercial strategy for Alt Site segments.
  • Develop business cases for new line extensions/SKUs/kits for Alternate Site markets.
  • Partner with USR Sales and cross-BU marketing leadership in strategy and offer development.
  • Set USR revenue growth and market share goals, aligning on cross-BU growth objectives.
  • Drive Annual Strategic Review (ASR) plan and annual business plan including financial submissions.
  • Meet regularly with key customers and distributors to stay informed on healthcare industry trends.
  • Manage discretionary spend to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline; MBA desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Marketing experience in medical device and/or Life Science market.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Sales experience in medical device and/or Life Science market (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of Marketing Management experience; leading others in Marketing (preferred).
  • Track record of achievement in delivering large and/or multiple projects and influencing business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies and convert them into tactical marketing plans.
