KPMG is seeking an Associate Director to join our Automation Center of Excellence (COE) organization. This role is pivotal in driving the development and maintenance of applications that meet the end-user requirements through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. The Associate Director will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining applications, as well as creating detailed test plans, debugging plans, and rollout plans. The position requires expertise in utilizing Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to fulfill business needs effectively. In this role, the Associate Director will also create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other necessary items to display data and information for the business. This includes developing and managing SharePoint Sites and lists to ensure seamless integration with Power Platform. A key aspect of the position involves partnering with and mentoring Automation COE teams, guiding them in technical tasks related to the development and management of automations. The Associate Director will contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA COE's methodologies and tools, ensuring best practices for secure Power Platform development are followed. This includes reviewing code for accuracy and functionality, suggesting technical modifications, and managing existing solutions within KPMG environments. The role also entails supporting the migration of RPA Automations to Power Platform applications and staying updated with best practices as Microsoft evolves its Power Platform products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
