KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Automation Center of Excellence (COE) organization. This role is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver value to our clients. The Associate Director will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain applications that meet end-user needs. This includes creating detailed test plans, debugging plans, and rollout strategies to ensure successful deployment of automation solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for developing applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools to meet business requirements. You will also create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other necessary items to display data effectively for the business. A key aspect of this role involves working with SharePoint Sites and lists to ensure seamless integration with Power Platform tools. Additionally, you will partner with and mentor Automation COE teams, guiding them in technical tasks related to the development and management of automations. The Associate Director will contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA COE's methodologies and tools, ensuring best practices for secure Power Platform development are followed. This includes reviewing code for accuracy and functionality, suggesting technical modifications to prevent future issues, and managing existing solutions within KPMG environments. You will also support the migration of RPA Automations to Power Platform applications and stay updated on best practices as Microsoft evolves its Power Platform products.
