About the position

KPMG is seeking an Associate Director to join their Automation Center of Excellence (COE) organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, and support the migration of RPA automations. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, mentoring, and adherence to secure software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and design applications.
• Develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and screens to display data for the business.
• Develop and manage SharePoint Sites and lists to integrate with Power Platform.
• Mentor Automation COE teams on technical tasks related to automation development and management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA methodologies and tools.
• Guide developers in best practices for secure Power Platform development and review code for accuracy.
• Manage and support existing solutions within KPMG environments.
• Support the migration of RPA Automations to Power Platform applications.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms, specifically Automation Anywhere.
• Minimum three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies including DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and secure code development.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
