KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Automation Center of Excellence (COE) organization. This role is pivotal in driving the development and maintenance of applications that meet the end-user requirements through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. The Associate Director will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining applications, as well as creating detailed test plans, debugging plans, and rollout plans. The position requires a strong focus on utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, to fulfill business needs effectively. In this role, the Associate Director will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other necessary items to display data and information for the business. This includes developing and managing SharePoint Sites and lists to ensure seamless integration with Power Platform. The Associate Director will also partner with and mentor Automation COE teams, guiding them in technical tasks related to the development and management of automations. Continuous improvement of the RPA COE's methodologies and tools is essential, as is the ability to review code for accuracy and functionality, suggest technical modifications, and manage existing solutions within KPMG environments. The Associate Director will support the migration of RPA Automations to Power Platform applications and will be expected to stay updated on best practices as Microsoft evolves its Power Platform products. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
