About the position

As the Associate Director of BigFuture Analytics at the College Board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the analytical landscape of the Higher Ed and BigFuture Reporting and Analytics team. This small yet impactful team of six is dedicated to providing critical insights that inform various functions including product development, program management, sales, and marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver actionable insights and resources that support the strategic direction of programs and products, ultimately enhancing student and higher education engagement. In this fully remote position, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to highlight strengths and opportunities within the data. You will be tasked with building and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for effective data analysis, ensuring that insights are not only generated but also effectively communicated to stakeholders. Your work will directly influence the decision-making processes and innovation strategies within the organization, making your contributions vital to the success of the College Board's mission. You will report directly to the Executive Director and will be expected to lead initiatives that drive data-driven decision-making. This includes developing new analytical resources, refining existing processes, and ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of analytics in the higher education sector. Your expertise will help in identifying trends, measuring outcomes, and providing recommendations that align with the College Board's goals and objectives.
