Currently, KPMG is seeking a Business Development/Pursuits Associate Director for Global Mobility Services to join the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN). In this role, the successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the Global Mobility Services (GMS) market strategy, providing centralized bid support and communicating the value it brings to member firms. Responsibilities include managing live RFP support, opportunity-specific pursuit planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials and expertise to promote a strong sales culture across the global network. The Associate Director will collaborate with KPMG member firms worldwide on account and opportunity planning, positioning KPMG for success in the market. This includes executing key global pursuits and providing market expertise to ensure the best chance of success. The role also involves leading the creation and operation of a new agile centralized global GMS Market Centre of Excellence, which will consist of a virtual team of subject matter experts and market specialists. Candidates should be familiar with market development transformation objectives and possess a strong understanding of the GMS Clients & Markets Tool. The position requires a strategic mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve priority goals and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of GMS market strategy and centralized bid support, communicating its value to lead member firms.
  • Manage centralized live RFP support, including written and oral presentations, opportunity-specific pursuit planning, and standard RFP materials.
  • Cooperate with KPMG member firms globally on account and opportunity planning to position KPMG for market success.
  • Execute key global pursuits by providing market expertise and guidance to the Opportunity Lead, ensuring the best chance of success.
  • Lead the creation and operation of a new agile centralized global GMS Market Centre of Excellence, collaborating with SMEs and market specialists.
  • Provide input to the execution of market development transformation objectives and expand knowledge on GMS fee library structure.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of recent relevant experience in pursuits and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent diploma in a business discipline or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in supporting/managing global RFPs.
  • Knowledge of market activities and commercial aspects of a professional services line is preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to collaborate and execute on priority goals.
