About the position

The Associate Director, Commercial Finance at Dentsu is responsible for managing the commercial relationship with a key Global Account. This role involves overseeing the segment P&L, leading forecasts, reporting requirements, and pricing strategies. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong financial background to ensure compliance and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client commercial conversations including contract management, pricing, reporting, and ad-hoc needs.
• Oversee the P&L, including monthly forecast and actuals reconciliation, and present the monthly forecast to executive management.
• Ensure compliance with ongoing reporting requirements for external clients.
• Financially manage the U.S. fee file to track signed projects to budget and address staffing gaps proactively.
• Work cross-functionally to price projects using Fee File management.
• Provide guidance on key cost initiatives and reporting.
• Ensure contractual compliance of all financial obligations to international clients, working with auditors and client procurement teams.

Requirements
