The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the success of ORGOVYX, a key product in the company's portfolio. This position requires a motivated and collaborative marketer who is patient-centric and capable of executing impactful consumer campaigns. The role involves developing key patient resources aimed at increasing brand awareness and educating patients about the treatment process. The Associate Director will lead the development and execution of consumer/patient campaigns, ensuring that messaging is translated into patient-friendly content across various touchpoints. This includes managing the ORGOVYX Patient Ambassador Program, which features patient stories, and overseeing the creation of educational materials for healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies. The position also requires strong cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including Omnichannel, Patient Services, Market Access Marketing, and Sales, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. Additionally, the Associate Director will utilize insights and data to optimize marketing tactics and monitor performance against key metrics. Agency management is also a critical component of this role, as it involves ensuring that deliverables are produced on strategy, within timelines, and on budget. Compliance with legal and regulatory standards is paramount, and the Associate Director will work closely with the promotional review committee to ensure all marketing activities adhere to these standards. This position is remote but requires periodic travel for collaboration with key partners and will report to the Senior Director, Omnichannel and Consumer Marketing.
