About the position

The Associate Director of Biosimilar Contracting Operations at Amneal is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the strategy and processes related to biosimilar and branded injectable contracting operations. This position involves significant influence over contract management and operational decision-making, directly impacting revenue and overall business performance. The role requires strong management and communication skills, as well as expertise in cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across internal departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Create a Center of Excellence for biosimilar contract management by understanding and evolving current processes to enhance efficiencies.
• Draft, redline, and implement new and existing contracts while ensuring pricing governance approvals and managing contract renewal review cycles.
• Drive the implementation of product access strategies and oversee day-to-day external customer contract operations for key accounts, influencing revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams including legal, finance, audit, IT, market access, pricing, marketing, and warehouse operations to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of contracts.
• Manage a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and accountability in external customer contract operations.
• Ensure timely review and distribution of contract requests, maintaining accuracy in contract loading and collaborating with the Revenue team on pricing and rebate structures.
• Manage relationships with Cardinal 3PL for Lioresal product management, ensuring timely customer setups and efficient distribution.

• Experience in contract management and operational decision-making in a relevant industry.
