About the position

The position involves leading teams in the development and execution of various campaigns, ranging from large-scale multi-channel initiatives to smaller projects. Responsibilities

  • Help lead teams in the development and execution of large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and small, one-time projects.
  • Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences, and storytelling to create and sell ideas.
  • Direct teams in execution with an appreciation for the craft of art direction and copywriting.
  • Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA, and tech to inform the work.
  • Build relationships internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree and at least six years of experience at a competitive creative agency.
  • Strong brand-building, digital, and multimedia experience.
  • A track record of successful creative work, particularly on cross-channel campaigns.
