Digitas is seeking an Associate Director of Creative UX & UI Design to lead our Experience Design team in crafting digital experiences that resonate with users. This role is pivotal in setting the vision for the team and the projects we undertake. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team through the design process, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that we create magnetic experiences that earn the right for brands to exist in human networks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging your expertise in both UX and UI design to deliver exceptional digital products across various platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and eCommerce solutions. In this position, you will be expected to sweat the details of design interactions while also being comfortable presenting your team's work to stakeholders.
