About the position

The Associate Director, Creative at Digitas is responsible for leading teams in the development and execution of both large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and smaller projects. This role emphasizes the importance of strategic insights, storytelling, and collaboration with various agency capabilities to create compelling creative work that resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns and one-time projects.
• Utilize strategic insights and storytelling to create and sell ideas.
• Direct teams with a focus on art direction and copywriting.
• Collaborate with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA, and tech to inform creative work.
• Build and maintain relationships internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least six years of experience at a competitive creative agency.
• Strong brand-building, digital, and multimedia experience.
• Proven track record of successful creative work on cross-channel campaigns.
