As a full-time Retail Sales Associate at Verizon, you will play a crucial role in driving retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Generate retail sales by utilizing passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
- Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
- Close sales by using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending texts to current Verizon customers.
- Engage with the community outside of the store to expand the loyal customer base.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of work experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
