About the position

As the Associate Director of Decision Science at Sanofi, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our digital marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products. This position is integral to leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation and optimize our digital presence. You will be responsible for analyzing user, customer, and sales data within the digital ecosystem, developing and implementing predictive models that inform strategic decision-making and determine the next best actions. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing comprehensive frameworks for measuring return on investment (ROI) and regularly communicating progress and insights to team members and leadership. This involves translating complex data into actionable strategies that drive results. In collaboration with content and paid media teams, you will evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns, utilizing insights to optimize strategies and improve performance across various channels. You will gain in-depth insights into target audiences, creating detailed target lists to deliver highly personalized and impactful experiences. Your contributions will not only focus on improving patient outcomes but also on advancing Sanofi's success by developing and implementing cutting-edge digital engagement strategies. The US Established Products team will manage a portfolio of products across multiple therapeutic areas, functioning as the BOI driver for Sanofi General Medicines in North America. Your role will be essential in this context, as we evolve our commercial model to boost efficiency and focus on innovative products as major growth drivers.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, audience engagement, and content optimization.
  • Passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise within the pharmaceutical sector.
