About the position

The Associate Director of Digital Marketing, Channel & Engagement Planning and Analytics is a pivotal role within the marketing team, focusing on developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement. This position leverages digital analytics to understand customer needs and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business results.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the SCRUM framework and AGILE principles to develop the digital marketing channel engagement strategy for assigned brands.
  • Partner with stakeholder groups to build customer engagement strategies and translate brand objectives into omnichannel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate engagement strategies and build media/activation plans.
  • Set digital activation strategies and optimize engagement plans to meet brand marketing goals based on quarterly objectives.
  • Own the measurement plan, identifying proper KPIs and developing the digital engagement measurement strategy.
  • Utilize media analytics tools to analyze customer engagement data and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Communicate the engagement analytics and measurement plan to ensure necessary data collection systems are in place.
  • Participate in the Architect Chapter and Community of Practice to share best practices and learnings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and champion changes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of multi-channel marketing and digital media campaign development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to align marketing strategy with customer behavior change objectives.
  • Ability to think strategically, build media/engagement plans, and make data-based recommendations.
  • Passion for data and analytics with strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering insights.
  • Demonstrated change management skills and ability to set priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on experimentation and risk-taking.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and resolve conflicts independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
  • Experience with advanced marketing capabilities such as marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile Team methodology.
  • Understanding of compliance-related concepts in pharmaceutical marketing.
