About the position

The position is for a key member of a Customer Agile Team within the Marketing department, focusing on developing digital marketing channel engagement strategies for assigned brands. The role involves applying SCRUM and AGILE principles, collaborating with various stakeholders to create omnichannel campaigns, and optimizing media plans to meet brand objectives. The individual will also be responsible for measurement plans, utilizing analytics tools to derive insights, and participating in community practices to share best practices and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the SCRUM framework and AGILE principles to develop digital marketing channel engagement strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to build customer engagement strategies and translate brand objectives into omnichannel campaigns.
  • Communicate engagement strategies and build media/activation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own media plans and optimizations, aligning them with brand marketing goals.
  • Develop and own measurement plans, identifying proper KPIs and digital engagement strategies.
  • Utilize media analytics tools to analyze customer engagement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate engagement analytics and ensure necessary data systems are in place for measurement.
  • Participate in the Architect Chapter and share learnings and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and champion change within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of multi-channel marketing and digital media campaign development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to align strategies with customer behavior change objectives.
  • Ability to think strategically and build media/engagement plans with data-based recommendations.
  • Passion for data and analytics, with strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering insights.
  • Demonstrated change management skills and ability to establish action plans efficiently.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on experimentation and risk-taking.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with a detail-oriented approach.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with advanced marketing capabilities such as marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile Team methodology.
  • Understanding of compliance-related concepts in pharmaceutical marketing.
