About the position

The Associate Director of Digital Marketing for Global Oncology at Regeneron is responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and customer loyalty among Oncology patients and healthcare professionals. This role involves leading comprehensive marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring effective communication across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for the Oncology brand.
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital and non-personal marketing plans across Oncology indications.
  • Develop global digital brand marketing campaigns targeting patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Leverage insights from patients and HCPs to create an omnichannel experience across their journeys.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development of a global strategic media plan to optimize efficiencies across platforms.
  • Manage media planning and buying across digital and offline channels.
  • Interpret data from various sources to build actionable insights and optimizations for marketing programs.
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of all programs while tracking and monitoring KPIs.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, medical, and legal teams to align on creative messaging and materials.
  • Manage multiple agencies to create digital marketing assets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related progressive pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or product management experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in media planning and execution.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Ability to provide data-driven strategic insights for marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Nice-to-haves

  • Oncology experience is a plus.
  • MBA preferred.
