This position is responsible for executing promotional campaigns, developing creative marketing plans, and managing digital content across various platforms. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive artist awareness and revenue through innovative digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing/sales and content distribution strategies for clients.
• Support and manage relationships with key digital partner accounts.
• Produce and post digital content, including text, images, and videos.
• Support and manage new artist site builds and launches.
• Grow artist awareness, site traffic, and content syndication through various marketing strategies.
• Compile and distribute regular reports to evaluate campaign efficacy and performance.
• Develop and execute content release campaigns and tour promotions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience managing digital distribution and social platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of the music market and digital music services.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and industry trends.
• Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics and social management platforms.
• Experience with content management systems, especially WordPress.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with basic audio, photo, and video editing programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
