About the position

The Associate Director, Digital & Omnichannel Marketing (Customer Experience Content) at Corcept Therapeutics is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing automation and experience content initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement through digital marketing tools and content management systems, specifically for Corcept's endocrinology products. The position requires expertise in digital promotions and marketing automation, aimed at patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, and reports to the Senior Director of Digital and Omnichannel Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise to guide the integration of marketing automation technologies and capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of journey orchestration and marketing automation platforms to optimize business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive marketing automation and promotional strategy.
  • Identify and disseminate best practices in journey orchestration and marketing automation across marketing teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to manage innovative omnichannel and content creation capabilities.
  • Translate strategic direction into a comprehensive digital, multi-channel tactical plan, including digital asset development.
  • Coordinate with the Content Review Committee to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee relationships with agency partners and manage marketing strategy execution, including budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Develop and track KPIs for audience engagement and market traction, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Create presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, translating insights into marketing recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or marketing, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital/non-personal promotions market dynamics and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven ability to execute multiple complex initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in AI/Machine Learning initiatives focused on automated deployment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and their impact on marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses effectively.

  • Experience managing Email Delivery and Automation, Website Assembly, and Digital Media optimization.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $174,700 - $205,600 based on experience and qualifications.
