About the position

The Associate Director, Digital Solutions is responsible for managing the development and delivery of key digital products for the Speaker Programs and Events Services teams within the Commercial Operations division. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with various teams to meet client needs and improve digital offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects for the Commercial Operations Division, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with account owners to ensure deadlines are met and project requirements are delivered to client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the liaison between the development team and the account team as needed.
  • Represent the digital product offering suite in new business opportunities, including developing responses to RFPs and presenting in pitches.
  • Provide pricing to account teams for products and manage the budget throughout the development process.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors impacting digital products.
  • Develop and maintain a revenue forecast for CommOps digital solutions, alerting the Division Lead of any material changes.
  • Ideate improvements to CommOps' products and manage prioritization, costs, and implementation timelines with the development team.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with account teams to update them on product improvement ideas and seek feedback.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback for informed decision-making and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance of all CommOps digital products with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Serve as the lead project manager for governance initiatives when requested.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies and their application in product delivery.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, project management, and best practices.
  • Experience with implementation and account teams, effectively liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to quality check work with keen attention to detail and present data effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrates strength in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Plans and organizes effectively to ensure timely and compliant delivery of milestones.
  • Generates clear priorities and independently drives core activities while incorporating feedback.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and copes effectively with complexity.
