About the position

The Associate Director/Director of Digital Marketing will create and lead our digital marketing strategy, fostering and expanding relationships with our clients. This role combines deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive business growth and client satisfaction. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing oversight and direction to ensure the delivery of comprehensive digital solutions that meet our clients' needs. We are looking for a visionary leader who can build a new team and is passionate about creating relationships, understanding our product offering, client needs, and delivering results in the Digital Marketing arena with custom solutions. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing identity-based digital marketing strategies that enhance our position as a leader in data-driven marketing solutions. The Director will engage with executive-level stakeholders to maintain a constant dialogue on improving digital marketing results, leveraging deep functional experience in multi-channel digital marketing. Additionally, the role involves leading strategic planning initiatives, including the development of digital marketing program strategies, and overseeing the delivery of proposals and execution of account plans. The Director will drive revenue growth and account profitability by identifying development opportunities, managing internal financial forecasts, and ensuring the alignment of our digital solutions with client objectives. Furthermore, the individual will provide thought leadership on the application of digital marketing analytics, advanced measurement frameworks, and technology in creating impactful customer insights. They will oversee clean room data environments to ensure data privacy and security while enabling advanced analytics and personalized marketing strategies. Finally, the Director will build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing/client services/account management, preferably in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, direct response marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital marketing strategy and planning, including multi-channel digital marketing and digital media.
  • Experience with clean room data environments and their application in digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute identity-based advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to synthesize data, response metrics, and trends to inform decision-making and digital strategy development.
  • Comfort with leading digital solution visioning and design, interfacing directly with clients to understand needs and develop strategic digital solutions.
