As the Associate Director, Enterprise Data Architect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a scalable, secure Enterprise data architecture aligned with company goals. You will lead engagement with business and IT leaders to collaborate, define, and implement a data strategy, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security through robust governance policies. Your role will involve designing and overseeing data integration processes and managing data storage solutions to support business intelligence and analytics. You will engage with the IT organization to translate data strategies into execution and supportable solutions, optimizing data management to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy. Fostering a data-driven culture, you will build strong relationships with IT partners and provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. You will support business processes across various functional areas to conform to data strategy and standards. Evaluating and implementing new data technologies to enhance capabilities will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring effective integration into the existing architecture. You will continuously monitor and optimize data architecture and integration processes to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. Additionally, you will develop and sustain comprehensive documentation for Information & Data architecture, including target architecture, annual roadmaps, data models, data lineage, and information flow requirements. Driving data architecture decisions and creating reusable design patterns and best practices will be essential, as you stay informed on current and emerging data, analytics, and reporting technologies.
