About the position

The Associate Director of Field Incentive Compensation at Teva Pharmaceuticals is responsible for leading the design, administration, and evaluation of field incentive compensation plans. This role requires strong pharmaceutical sales acumen, financial modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to align incentive plans with brand objectives. The position involves managing external partners and ensuring compliance with corporate policies while continuously improving incentive compensation strategies in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and administration of field incentive compensation plans.
  • Set vision and standards for the Field Incentive Compensation function.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance, and HR to create field IC plans and quotas.
  • Provide quarterly accrual estimates for bonus payments by team and brand.
  • Manage design, approval, and evaluations of incentive plans and contests.
  • Oversee external field incentives operations partner for design and administration.
  • Monitor industry trends to improve incentive compensation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or consulting within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in sales management, sales operations, finance, and analytics preferred.
  • Professional experience in a pharmaceutical field incentive compensation role, with 2+ years preferred.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical modeling skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical 3rd party sales data.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
