About the position

The Associate Director of Finance at Infinite Roar will oversee client billing, manage account maintenance processes, track budgets, and project cash flow. This role involves process improvement projects and ad hoc reporting to meet business needs, while also ensuring high-performance standards and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client teams in expediting any inquiries/escalations
• Oversee monthly client billings
• Assist with Revenue Budget/Forecast process
• Prepare Client P&L reporting for Headquarters and media directors
• Cost-out client fees
• Oversee Accounts Receivable updates to media directors and help resolve when necessary
• Manage staff accountant(s)
• Special projects as required
• Understand the use of data and technology to solve problems
• Anticipate risks and prepare multiple resolutions
• Provide clear and concise direction and messages
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity
• Showcase the ability to manage & mentor others
• Accountable for onboarding and team readiness
• Establish, maintain and build respect-based relationships and networks of contacts
• Build strong client relationships
• Actively manage client care strategies
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and/or lead a team

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional financial experience
• Expert user of Microsoft Office Suites, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• SAP and Hyperion experience a plus
• Media industry experience preferred
