The Associate Director of Global Oncology Marketing for the Women's Cancer Portfolio will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategies aimed at improving and saving the lives of women affected by breast and gynecological cancers. This position requires a deep understanding of the oncology landscape and the ability to navigate complex internal and external environments to deliver value to customers. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's strategic marketing approach, known as "L3". This includes providing commercial leadership and input in various settings, such as launch readiness reviews, market research, and budget management. In this role, the Associate Director will be responsible for the launch and commercialization strategies of the Women's Cancer Portfolio. This includes generating market and customer insights through both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify portfolio and indication opportunities. The candidate will also ensure that all marketing materials and initiatives comply with company standards and receive the necessary approvals. A key aspect of the role involves shaping strategic communication objectives and developing omnichannel content for customers, measuring the impact of these initiatives to continuously enhance the customer experience. The Associate Director will engage with agency partners to create customer resources and lead the approval process through the Promotional Review Team (PRT). Additionally, the role requires effective engagement with regional and market teams to gather input and feedback on strategies and marketing materials. The candidate will lead the development of annual strategic and tactical plans, ensuring accountability for execution and tracking through quarterly business reviews (QBR) and budget management. Furthermore, the Associate Director will drive initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and innovative uses of data, analytics, and digital marketing in collaboration with disease leads and health data analytics partners. The position embodies a "One Team" approach, integrating best practices and facilitating cross-regional learning while maintaining alignment with compliance goals and policies.
