Our company's Women's cancer team is building a leading portfolio to improve and save lives of women with breast and gynecological cancers. The Associate Director of Global Oncology Marketing for the Women's Cancer Portfolio will play a pivotal role in developing commercial strategies that align with our strategic marketing approach, known as "L3." This position requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to successfully navigate the evolving internal and external environments, ensuring that we deliver maximum value to our customers. The Associate Director will provide commercial leadership and develop aligned perspectives and input in various settings, including cross-functional working and governance teams. This includes participation in launch readiness reviews, identification of data gaps and approaches, organized customer interactions, market research, demand and revenue forecasting, as well as budget management, events, congresses, and agency partner management. The role is also responsible for launch and commercialization strategies, delivering global strategy and execution plans, tactics, and materials. In addition, the Associate Director will generate market and customer insights through both quantitative and qualitative methods to engage on portfolio and indication opportunities. They will develop commercial strategies and execution materials to support launches and inline indications, ensuring that all materials and initiatives comply with company standards and receive necessary approvals. The position will shape key strategic communication objectives, omnichannel strategies, and content development for customers, measuring the impact of these objectives across multiple channels to continuously improve the customer experience. Engagement with agency partners to develop customer resources and leading the approval of these resources through the Promotional Review Team (PRT) process is also a key responsibility. The Associate Director will effectively engage with regions and markets, providing leadership, support, and expertise while gaining input and feedback from regional and country colleagues on strategy, marketing materials, and omnichannel marketing. The role requires leading the development of strategic and tactical plans annually and being accountable for the execution of responsibilities tracked through quarterly business reviews (QBR) and budget management. The Associate Director will also lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency and the effective deployment of global strategies across the team, prioritizing innovation and new ways of using data, analytics, and digital marketing in collaboration with disease leads and HHDDA partners. A strong emphasis on a "One Team" approach is essential, integrating best practices and facilitating cross-regional learning while maintaining alignment with compliance goals and policies.
