About the position

CreditSights is currently seeking an Associate Director, Growth Marketing Manager based out of our New York office. This is a senior marketing role supporting CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions Company. The Associate Director, Growth Marketing Manager for CreditSights is responsible for leading both strategy and execution for inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive brand awareness and lead acquisition. The role reports to the Marketing Director for CreditSights. This position offers a great opportunity to join a high growth business with a collaborative, performance-driven culture. You will be part of a center of excellence where we partner closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Product. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. You will implement and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with the sales team on lead quality and follow-up processes. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing demand generation strategies that drive awareness and interest in our products and services, utilizing a mix of channels including email marketing, content marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, webinars, and events. You will also develop compelling content and offers that resonate with our target audience, using A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other techniques to enhance conversion rates. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics will be crucial, as you will provide insights and recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the progress and performance of marketing initiatives. Staying current with B2B marketing trends and best practices will be essential to continually improve our strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance/credit or related area of study
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing role
  • Experience in financial services/credit markets a plus
  • Previous experience using marketing automation (i.e., Hubspot) and/or CRM database management (i.e., Salesforce) tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Thinks analytically with sales outcomes in mind and how marketing activities translate into superior outcomes.
