The Associate Director, HCP Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives targeted at the healthcare professional (HCP) customer segment. This position is responsible for creating communication goals and customer experiences that align with the overarching business objectives for our products. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing plans, leading management and stakeholder reviews, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include leading key omnichannel projects within the HCP Neuro omnichannel plan, engaging with media agencies for channel strategy and analytics, and supporting the development of HCP behavioral segmentation and promotional content. The Associate Director will also be tasked with achieving budget performance for the therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with Eisai Inc.'s strategic direction, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and institutions to enhance brand strategies. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the development of advertising and promotional activities, ensuring effective communication and partnerships between marketing and sales teams, and implementing patient support and engagement programs.
