About The Position

The Associate Director - Health Outcomes Liaison (HOL) role at Lilly focuses on serving as the medical and health economic interface between Lilly and U.S. population-based decision makers. This position is crucial for providing clinical evidence and health economic outcomes research to support formulary access and decision-making processes that impact patient care. The HOL is responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and delivering actionable insights to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, MSN, MPH) in a scientific or health-related field with relevant experience in health science or health outcomes, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Ability to analyze and communicate study findings on clinical and HEOR topics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information.
  • Experience working with population-based decision makers.

  • Demonstrated expertise in HEOR and value assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with population-based decision makers (PBDMs) as the primary point of contact.
  • Deliver scientific and value evidence to build long-term relationships with PBDMs.
  • Synthesize and communicate complex information to support decision-making related to formulary access.
  • Develop and execute medical/scientific and value strategies in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Provide medical and value expertise tailored to PBDMs' needs.
  • Utilize relevant content to meet PBDMs' medical and value needs effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of clinical, analytic, and environmental considerations for collaborations.
  • Identify opportunities to create evidence and improve patient outcomes across healthcare systems.
  • Share customer insights and evidence gaps to influence internal strategies.
  • Support the development of account engagement plans.
