About the position

The Associate Director-In Home Sales is responsible for leading a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences in residential settings. This role involves overseeing sales and support staff, ensuring they effectively introduce customers to AT&T's technology and services. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to meet sales and service objectives within a designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and support staff.
  • Ensure the team provides customized solutions for residential customers.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and career development of team members.
  • Manage inventory and compliance for the team.
  • Handle fleet management responsibilities.
  • Develop and attain sales and service objectives within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Equip team members to provide hands-on demos that generate new sales.
  • Effectively manage team appointments to meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing/sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
