About the position

The Associate Director, Key Account Marketing at KPMG is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans aimed at driving growth for key accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. This role involves collaborating with various marketing teams to create personalized buyer journeys, executing demand generation programs, and supporting sales efforts to enhance strategic client relationships. The position requires a strong focus on measuring the impact of marketing activities on sales performance and account engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized multi-channel integrated marketing plans to drive growth for key accounts.
  • Design and execute demand generation programs focused on buyer groups to enhance account engagement and generate marketing qualified leads.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand activities on sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Support sales and account lead partners in fostering strategic client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Create execution approaches and action plans for the Client Value Program to address service needs across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in demand generation and marketing, preferably in the Industrial Manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Extensive background in generating successful Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to drive account engagement and growth.
  • Experience developing multi-channel, highly targeted, and personalized marketing plans to generate pipeline.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing technology such as Salesforce, Introhive, Aprimo, and Demandbase.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on detailed information.
