About the position

The Associate Director, Key Account Marketing at KPMG is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans aimed at driving growth for key accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. This role involves collaborating with various marketing teams to create personalized buyer journeys, executing demand generation programs, and supporting sales efforts to enhance strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized multi-channel integrated marketing plans to drive growth for a key account.
  • Design and execute demand generation programs focused on buyer groups at a key account.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand activities on sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Support sales and the account lead partner to foster and grow strategic client relationships.
  • Create Client Value Program execution approach and resulting action plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in demand generation and marketing, preferably in the Industrial Manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Extensive background generating successful ABM programs to drive account engagement and marketing influenced growth.
  • Experience across multiple paid, owned, and earned marketing channels including events, social, search, display, and direct mail.
  • Must have extensive experience with sales and marketing technology such as Salesforce, Introhive, Aprimo, and Demandbase.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
