In this role, you will initiate comprehensive plans for music releases and assist in the long-term career planning for Alamo's artists. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining timelines for project needs, ensuring that all departments are aligned and that deadlines are met. Regular communication is key, as you will create weekly marketing reports to update teams on release information and results. Your participation in creative planning will help generate innovative marketing ideas, ensuring a continuous flow of content that resonates with audiences. Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely with artists and their management to communicate campaign updates and goals, while also partnering with various departments to evolve artist brands. Your role will involve gathering necessary assets from A&R and creative teams to meet delivery deadlines, as well as collaborating with digital and commerce teams to implement effective digital strategies, social media rollouts, and DSP campaigns. Additionally, you will manage the creation and distribution of marketing tools to support these initiatives.
